What are you trying to do? Control dino levels? There’s a mod called Custom Dino Levels that allows you to set an interval of levels as well as define weights for the intervals (increase chance of higher levels, for instance).

You need to restart your system completely. If its steam, completely exit it and make sure there are no steam updates before logging back in

It's a rare issue but happens. You were not banned. It's just a glitch in coding.

Try pre loading the map in single player, wait 5 mins, then log off single player map and log into the map you're trying to load.

Usually helps fix it. It's because too many people are or were trying to log in at once and it locked up the load in. It's a stupid glitch I wish they'd fix...

Depending on the creature your worry is unfounded unless you like giving your unconcious tames celebratory face punches. Make sure nothing that can aggro to it is nearby. Build some spike walls around it if you're paranoid, or yes the owl. Soon as the tame's complete it's going to be fully healed

Dude, I downloaded ark thru the windows store so I can play windows 10 clusters, but for sum reason I'm only being shown steam servers. Can someone tell me how to fix?

Sounds like you downloaded it through steam. Open the Microsoft store app, and check there.
