assuming you didnt mutate any females, you can just check the counter then look at which stat went up. if not, then its a speed mutation. checking colours is very inconsistent unless both parents are identical + you know all the colour regions

yeah haha. i like to get about 5-6 of a creature of high lvls with kibble/high taming food and then check their stats. usually its stam, HP, and melee ill look at and weight. just name them what they are and breed until you have a female and a male with all the best stats integrated. in the end they will both be the same lvl and then if a baby pops out and is a higher lvl than the others (believe its by 2) then it has a mutation

But they have some variance - a child may have lower dmg than its parent just out of randomness, no? like if a parent has 10 in all stats, the child might have 9 in some, 11 in another etc

shards in that form are only used for things like tek bow or tek turrets i believe

I think you can shoot the grapple just won't be able to pull you I've seen people use it to weigh down dinos :P

i usually just make a run through the "jungle" right next to the beach so many berry bushes so close together and ill do 1-2 runs. usually getting atleast 2k berries a run

Does anyone know how to raise or lower temperature to hatch an egg.... i looked online and it states you can place campfires and stuff to make it warmer and air cons to make it cooler e.t.c... but when i try and hatch my egg with 15 campfires placed the temperature does not go up or down..... am i doing something wrong?

i like the footpaw. alot of river rocks, alot of bushes and if you are adventurous there is a mountain where at the top there are a good amount of metal nodes and some crystal
