if you talking about trees quality and popping distant details, it's about low level LOD, distance view and mesh quality settings. also be sure the resolution scale is set to max (far right of tooltip) since on default it is not, so crappy biliniar upscale will be used.

there are a gazillion of graphics settings on pc, you must test the, (I suggest if you can to keep enabled all restart required settings). you can get some bounch of fps settings post processing to medium and sky quality to 50%.

keep enabled color gradient. if you wanna grass details try to rise first distance and don't exaggerate with density. distance ambient occlusion is a minor quality improvement and will hurt even more than basic ambient occlusion.
even if not required/specified ingame, some settings will work correctly only after a restart. don't exaggerate with FOV, even on a 21:9, setting it to max will hurt performance and give too much fisheye distortion.
