Hey! So I’ve been pondering over whether to have a club with discord or not, but just in case I go the no-discord route, what are some tips to run a club like that?

So got discord clubs- discord is a much more organized open bonding way for people to have a better time learning as well with bo chst delays.
Non discord- you wanna have a steady balance. As well keeping organized information. I prefer my mail box open so if im offline people can mail me if they want to get info. This goes for both be veery Consistent and loyal. With chat you gotta try to keep things kept with you, you could have leaders helping you. Doing club mail to tell people when you need to get to practice like: " 30 mins till practice "

How can I organize club info with the filter and all? It makes it really difficult

So you can use a app or website for filter check like you type all the info in and filter it. As this will help at least a little to make sure it won't filter obvious sso filtering is high so key words it won't really allow is: discord, age, numbers usually, and any out of content words
Keeping it as a: oh this club is loyal or whatever
Shouldn't be a problem
Just keep it simple
Sso should allow mostly anything staying in pg term
