also in terms of just strength sometimes a weapon is as much of a dps upgrade as c1 and in those cases i think the weapon is more worth because it can be used on multiple characters

another thing is a c1 is relatively easy to get so if it's really good and you can afford it why not go for it

but just see what's left after getting your raiden and keep an eye on banner leaks in case kazoo pops up but i have a feeling he'll only come back in the end of fontaine and you can get like 70 wishes in a patch on average
