Had him tested for fungus, bacteria and mites for his hair loss, nothing came up at all with skin scrapings or blood tests. He had a growth on his head around the same time, very soon after he lost his hair he got something called metabolic laminitis, bad blood flow to the hoof causing death of tissue and infection. He couldn’t walk for weeks, we were very close to putting him down then. At that same time he lost all his weight.

Prices likely aren't going to go down, as it is we're only building housing at ~1/4 the rate we need to be nationwide. Will be some pockets that go down sure, overall because supply demand will get worse, there's no reasons prices won't keep going up

And even if they do go down, your income will likely increase over years while repayments go down, so doesn't matter what the value does if it's to live in

Also just saw newy mentioned, that's one area I assume will likely keep going up for reasons above, industrial area, realistically not that far from Sydney in the grand scheme of things, has a lot going for it to keep prices up
