Freddy Fazbear: LOVES to hide from the cameras or be in the dark, what would be cool for Freddy Fazbear himself is for him to have a stealth module which you probably can guess by the name, him hiding from the player and trying to surprise him unlike the others who immediately go for the nightguard! another module could be him hiding in the dark from the cameras in SP but I don't know how that'll work so-
Foxy the Pirate:A slow activation module, as we all know foxy in fnaf 1 slowly goes into different phases and eventually he activates and runs into the office! It would be cool to see in-game and for a way to link the curtains to that somehow..
Chica the chicken: probably a module that makes her go to the kitchen to smash those annoying pans during the night...
