So... I'm trying to dial in a good shot with the outin nano double basket, but I'm having a hard time. Throwing in the deets for the last shot. (Pictures before and after tamping, video of the shot and also how the espresso came out)
45 clicks on the K6, 18.2g in, 40ish g out
Quite a sour shot. Also the puck came out soggy.

Grind finer - looks to be insufficient resistance in the video since the stream is quick and quite watery looking.
Not sure if the outin has temp settings, but if it does bump it up a bit to help with extraction.

Thanks! I'll try, regarding the water, I put it directly from the kettle at 100c aprox

I would also recommend trying some distribution before tamping - it looks like you have some clumping in your grind, so wdt can help minimize any channeling.

Welp, after grinding finer (41 clicks by now) and changing the beans to a blend instead of going all in with Colombia coffee, I'm pretty satisfied with my coffee, I guess I'll still try to grind finer, to see what I can get (my main concern was for the basket not working at all, as I saw loads of people complaining, but it works just fine)
