My quick Mill pop up arrived today , attempted to brew a water shot to flush the machine. I let it warm up , filled the water tank and then pressed the brew button. No sound or anything from the machine , countdown timer starts but nothing else.
Complete noob here , contacted customer service as well. Am I missing something or is this machine maybe defective?

You turned the machine on to warm up, then you filled the water reservoir? I hope its the other way around.

Nothing happens. No sounds when pressing any of the buttons.

And the pump etc was working when you initially filled the boiler right?
