Hi all,

this is my third BDB, two replaced after a year in service because of failing probes / orings and machine was within warranty.

With brand new machine I'm getting strange noise when steam boiler is filled. In all other situations machine performs beautifully.

Any advice? I would really hate having to contact the seller again. But on the other hand, can't leave it like this.

I was thinking of emptying the boiler, maybe there is something in it? But I really don't know...

All ideas are welcome!

Contact the seller again. Just do it.

Even if it's just something stuck in the boiler from manufacturing. It could be smacking around and damaging things.

i contacted the seller. they offered replacement or refund, whatever i choose. i don't know what to do now because BDB ticks all the boxes for me except DURABILITY and I would like something like that very much.
