Hello! I’m having an issue with my Elektra Mini Verticale, I’ve had it for 7 years with next to no problems. I am not entirely certain what the cause of the problem is, but the noise when I press the brew button is lower and faded, and water is not flowing out of the group head, causing pressure / steam to build up. When unpressed, it blasts out of the exhaust valve loudly. Any direction on if it is a pump or valve issue and what I can try?

Sounds like the solenoid is working correctly; my guess, it's the pump
either it's airlocked or it's just failing

There are random times when it will work slightly better and sometimes it kicks in, the brewing noise gets louder (as if working correctly), and the espresso extracts properly. Is a failing pump a feasible replacement for someone not the most knowledgeable on the mechanics of it or is it rather involved ?
