It is really easy to over tighten on that grinder when doing the marker test. With that complete of a wipe I would be inclined to try again and go with a very very light chirp

Ok upon further testing it seems you are correct
It seems the burrs are terribly aligned
I am going to try all 3 sections now to see which is the best and work from there
