# boreal solar Eh, I don’t think that’s quite the same situation.

As time goes on, the risk could increase but the savings surely increases.

With the Decent you save the $300 but risk paying the shipping to HK then the repair cost (I believe they cover shipping back to you). As time continues your savings increases. Given this machine is rated for 200k shots and steams at the very least I’d say the risk of malfunction or breakage is equivalent to the risk of not paying for parking.

I like France and Germany. They have nice social programs, a rich culture, and a strong manufacturing and engineering basis. My issue is how they are in the center of Western Europe and NATO which seems to be a destination for issues in the near future.

I like Spain. I think Barcelona is super cool! Very similar weather to LA which is god tier. Plus Spanish Mediterranean food!

I have been enjoying the idea of moving to a rising power such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, or Malaysia. All of them are growing rapidly in many sectors. My concern with those countries is how they’re in the sphere of influence of China. Not the best not the worst. That is something to just ponder.

Lastly, my off limit countries are Australia, Japan, South Korea, and the likes. They are obvious vassal states for the US and once the US is destabilized and focused on interior conflict or control then those states will lack all the support they have now. I think that’s when very large issues will arise in those nations.
