I like the bits that’s stay in the tea when I brew normally the fine bits. I don’t sieve with a tea strainer much. Just briefly “bloom” pour that over my tea. Pig and then drink the rest. I’m a very big advocate for doing multiple steeps. Almost all teas have 2-3 steeps in them but are often tossed after the first one.
