I fully understand. At first I was also turned off, maybe a better way to say it is, I was surprised that in today’s ice cream world they have slightly icy ice cream

But as I kept eating and it started to soften under this beautiful LA weather, the texture started to improve greatly

I’m pretty sure they use a Philadelphia style base with less sugar or sucrose syrup to pertain to their not so sweet palette. That’s my guess on why their texture isn’t stupidly creamy like modern ice cream

They’re a ~30 min drive from me however they are only a 12 min drive from my work

I'm looking and it looks like it uses Bluetooth for audio. And they mention Bluetooth 5.3 so maybe they're using Auracast (a newer Bluetooth spec) which would be neat
