#

What do you guys think used p100 vs new zerno? I have mine coming in July need to figure out whether to keep it or pay a bit more and get a 98mm grinder

boreal solar
#

I think it depends on use case. I’d personally go with the Zerno for the smaller footprint, aesthetics and the versatility of the 64mm platform. It’s a lot more affordable and a lot less effort to experiment with different burr types than with a p100. If you’re not going to swap burrs and are done when you buy the p100 is probably a better grinder though.

cedar otter
#

if you're just a home person, I think zerno is better

#

I think 64mm geometry also spros better

#

for shop use, definitely big bois

#

I use P100 and 01

boreal solar
#

You can also look into the philos to save a few $$$. I’ve been pretty happy with mine

#

What are you coming from? @bitter summit?

bitter summit
#

I’m mostly espresso as well so I’d probably just the keep the 98mm HU at all times. coming from df83v and niche.

#

I just got the phase 4 email so i probably should decide soon. But you’re right, probably better to keep the zerno

boreal solar

What burrs do you have in the df83v?
