I've dug into it a little and I'm thinking it's something with the OPV that's off. I had initially done a 6 bar spring but I was having this issue and worse so I switched to a 9 bar spring and I guess it's just not set properly or maybe the metal cap needs to be cleaned. I will check it out tonight and follow up
