I single dose with medium(-light?) roast beans. My settings are inner dial 4, outer 3, using the stock hopper. I RDT and have grinded nearly 3lbs of beans on it at this point if that matters. It seems to popcorn a lot as well. Is this normal? Should I contact Breville support? While the ground beans look fine, it would suck to use a semi faulty machine for the rest of its lifespan…
