I recently got a Casabrews CM5418 and I wanted to know if anyone had any tips for proper dialing on this machine?
I've been using 14g of medium-roast beans in a CAPFEI 51mm bottomless portafilter, puck screen, Kingrinder K2 for the grinder.
I'm managing to pull double shots, 28g at around 20-25seconds but the machine shows it's using a little too much pressure during the extractions and the flavor comes out a little flat, lacking a lot of the boldness and flavor notes I typically expect from espresso beans.
Any tips or help is appreciated! 😄
