Here is a brief description of the issue I am experiencing :
-When I turn on the machine, the power light illuminates, but the water light remains off, even with a full water tank. The PID display is also off, which I understand is normal when the machine does not detect water. Additionally, the boiler does not start, which is also normal when there is no water detected.
-I have tried using different types of water, including bottled water and tap water, with varying TDS levels (20 TDS and 90 TDS). However, the water sensor light remains off, indicating that the machine is not detecting the presence of water.
-I have checked the water tank placement.
-I also noticed that when I engage the brew lever, it turns on the water light and starts the shot timer, but it starts from 1.31 instead of 0.
Did a test, removed the tank, tried to put my hand on the sensor, when I do this I hear a click or some kind of switch (was told is the sound of the solenoid valve), seems that the sensor works so maybe the controller it’s not working?, even if I hear the a click when I do this the water light is off and so the PID, pump and heater element.
If I remove the tank and use the lever the PID doesn’t start the timer, which makes me think that the sensor does work in some way.
Any ideas on how to fix this? 😦
