I'm not a fan of the general idea. I had one briefly (an Etsy variant of unknown origin) and it worked fine, but I found the workflow more complicated than normal WDT for no perceived benefit. YMMV

My experience was opposite, my wdt is substantially more consistent and I can crank out two milk shots followed by steaming for two milk drinks while I make the rest of breakfast for my wife and I and have the lattes ready shortly after serving everything else rather than serving then making the lattes because I couldn't multitask the flow well
