were you using the pressurized basket before?

is this preground coffee or do you have a grinder?

it looks like you'll need to grind a lot finer than your current setting

i don't think that's channeling, it seems like you'll need to go finer still

#

keep in mind if you go too fine it can cause channeling, but you'll notice it happens later in the shot, vs how this drops a lot from the start

that's a 51mm basket, try to grind fine enough to dose something like 14g in and 30g out in 25-30s to start
