Hey y'all also in SLC here. Might have to check out this cupping! Excited to try a new roaster! What are your favorite coffee shops. Curiosity has easily been my favorite as of late. Also like Blue Copper and Holy Water/Three Pines.

Stopped by three pines today, had a decent espresso and a drip and another espresso that were maybe a bit below my line of preference. Certainly one of the better experiences I’ve had here

@steady ice I haven't been there in a bit but they own a mod bar now that's pretty good (Holy Water). Curiosity is a zero proof bar, but easily has the best espresso I've ever had. They use Coffee Collective beans with their Slayer machine and it's all ground for single serve. Planning to try Logos coffee this weekend hopefully.

They have separate grinders (EK43s) for SO and random coffees behind/on the counter or for anything anybody has at home that they'd want to bring in to try! They are also selling Idle Hands on a rack.
They will also be hosting future cuppings and have a large and tall table for cuppings!
