World of Coffee Copenhagen will take place at Bella Center Copenhagen, June 27 to 29, 2024, and will feature the 2024 World Latte Art, World Coffee in Good Spirits and World Coffee Roasting Championships. This World of Coffee will run in addition to the SCA's annual World of Coffee trade shows in Du
Looks awesome I will be going 😄
Ill do My best. Question seems like woc is geared professionels only? If i want to buy a ticket, they make it mandatory which Company im from?? 👀
Will xbloom be there? If so, do you know if it will be possible to buy 220 units at the convention? 🤞☺️ (tall order i know, but never hurts to ask)
no, it's open to anyone
Just Strange registration is SO company / business orintated 🤔
A lot of people will be industry in some way, it's just so it ends up on you're badge so people can easily see where you work
Hello! Anyone attending the event?
I'll be there
I will also
Amazing! Can’t wait to either
Ill be going saturday 🙌 hope to see there!
hi there
I may be able to attend on Friday afternoon
not 100% certain, in town that week to attend an (un-coffee-related) conference and flying out on Saturday...
This is My first world of coffee event. Question, is it possible you think, to buy grinders straight "from the floor" at a certain brand? As in, is it expected that each vendor brings X amount of gear, for guests to potentially pick up?
Does anybody have a promotional code for the World of Coffee in Copenhagen next week?
^ interested in this as well, let me know if you find one @lunar yew !
no luck yet
not clear if tomorrow will be €70 or more: https://www.worldofcoffee.org/registration-information
I think tomorrow (22nd) will still be 60, and then after that you get day off pricing
Any café recommendations for Copenhagen? I think I've read about the big ones (April, Prolog, La Cabra, Darcy's, Andersen & Maillard, Coffee Collective, ROAST) so far, but I'm curious what your favourite spots are.
Can't help with that, but I know Tim Windelboe will be at Coffee Collective on Thursday the 27th
At the end of June, Tim, Ben, and Stephanie will be heading to Copenhagen to attend the World of Coffee event. In relation with this, we will do a special tasting event at Coffee Collective on Thursday, 27th June, where you can taste some of our coffees.
The event will take place from 07:00 to 18:00 CET at Coffee Collective Carlsberg Byen, Fade...

did you end up registering?
If is €10 more I will do it later this week, I still dont have my return flight :/
Pretty small hole in the wall joint, but to this day, My best tasting flat White came from Hip Hop in Frederiksberg! Massive recommendation from me
Also if you do end up visiting Prolog (the one at Østerbro), do yourself a favor, and swing by the bakery Juno, they make amaaaaazing pastries and bread in general.
mmay try that today…
Dont get discouraged by the que, its there for a reason 😁 but it usually goes pretty fast
Nordic roasting co is good
I will be here for a week, so I will post an update of my fav coffee shops
I’ve been here 5 times already and so far the best coffee experience as a whole has been April coffee
live from the juno line
will go to prolog after
takesi tasting and events all week at this CC
survived the line, got a sourdough with cheese and almond croissant for now, cardamom croissant for tomorrow morning and rye bread for the week…
it did go pretty fast
getting a pour over at prolog now
I had a double shot of a washed Kenyan from Prolog at Hart, pretty good
Nice! Hope you enjoyed it 😎
Theres gonna be a booth serving Malaysian Libericas, and a cupping on 29th of several libericas including some from Vietnam at cupping room 1, enjoy guys 😎
yeah its great thanks for the recommendation
If your looking for a good burger, i can also recommend Tommi's burger joint (in kødbyen). I know gasoline grill is on mosts lips... But everytime i go back to Tommis vs gasoline
thanks I'll keep that in mind! Had a coral tooth burger from Popl yesterday which was pretty tasty, was thinking maybe warpig tonight but not 100% sure
I seee, warpigs is great for beers. The food (not so much), also the acoustic is loud, if your into that Kind of vibe
There is a pretty great italian restaurant also in kødbyen, if that scratches your belly?
ahh yeah may not be the best then…
there seem to be space at barr but may be too early depending on when meetings end…
been there?
Barr is greeeeeeat! But expensive
If money is not an issue, barr is top notch
If your into French quisine, Pastis is also a recommendation
alright reserved Barr
Come to think of it... Problem with Copenhagen is, too many great places to dine 😀
excited for Illuka on friday too
Great pick! Esp on a monday
have business dinners tuesday, wednesday and thursday so trying to make the most out of monday + friday xD
Nice, havet tried lluka, but heard good things 👍
Im a foodie of sorts, coffee and bakeries is esp My Thing 😅 i use to take loooong runs through cph, where i make My way from coffee, to bakery to diner places
any breakfast recommendations?
am close to the langebro bridge
Did get some coffee and rye bread from juno so may just grab some cheese and make breakfast in hotel but...
grab and go, or actually sit down and eat ?
Andersen Bakery is really good, but its mostly for taking stuff and moving along
They do have some tables inside and outside
Alice Ice Cream & Coffee is also gooood (but in the direction of amager). If your looking for FULL BREAKFAST, with the entire shibang.... then i would recommend Les Trois Cochons , but thats abit away from langebro

Many good places on this list!
Københavns bageri is prolly THE best bakery atm in Copenhagen, but also expensive
@sinful haven have you been to Palazzo Diner?
no sorry!
No worries 😊 I already have a reservation anyway, I was just curious. Also, since you said you basically have been to every café... Could you recommend any place that serves good medium or even dark roasts?
(I'm kind of afraid to out myself as a dark roast enjoyer, but it is what it is)
Hmmm dark roasts is a tall order in Copenhagen o_O , if you by any chance are going to Roskilde festival, the roaster there Mørk serves a delicious dark roast...
Of the cafes above, I can also recommend Wild Horses in Sydhavn
(for coffee that is)
Heh, I figured as much. I won't be at Roskilde, but thanks anyway!
Dude, you weren't kidding. Also, every second place I pull up on Maps seems to be a fine dining restaurant 😮
Go to kødbyen, there you can find a few good "street food" places, same with Broens gadekøkken
Donda is a great place also, if you like dishes with fish
And they make veeeeery good cocktails 😃
heading to the takesi talk and tasting at cc
anyone else will be there?
starting in 8 min at cc bernikow
Looks great! Sadly work is calling!
I'll be brewing some scenery on the urnex stand tomorrow (Friday) 13:30-15:30
somewhere in the roasters village I cannot give better directions than that
If anyone's not been on the site today there's like zero food options inside (one cafe near the entrance with mega lines)
good to know, will eat before going there tomorrow
I'm deffo bringing snacks with me or something
I guess they don't like money
will try to drop by and will bring snacks
oh misread this as bring snacks for me
well, if you run out of snacks 😛
oatly had G.O.A.T tier marketing at the last london coffee fest.
brought round packed lunches to all the exhibitors (who're oatly users natch). lunch day 1, hangover cures and throat lozenges for day 2-4
There's also a Panini/Pasta cart in hall D
Btw, I'm kinda sad that I didn't graduate school in Denmark, they seem to celebrate for DAYS 😄
Thanks for the food tip, bummer really! Will stock up before going tomorrow
they had run out of the woc tote/swag bag when I showed up around 1 btw
they said they ran out around noon
but they should have more tomorrow
Where do you get those?
@whole flare how hot was the convention? Aircon working there?
yesterday it got hot but too bad, they don't blast ac like in US con but def working
I see, arguing shorts vs pants 🤔😊
how was it in the end?
