#Breville Barista pro not grinding fine enough

Recently cleaned the grinder on my breville barista Pro. I adjusted the internal burrs to 0 for a finer grind. I am also already grinding at the lowest setting on the front panel (01). I am getting 19-20g from the grinder and 55-60g after 20-25sec extraction. Any tips for getting more fine? I'm not in the place to go buy a new grinder.

I've already invested in getting a wdt, ims basket and a calibrated tamper. Additionally did a descale and a cleaning tablet recently. I was getting a solid 30s 1:2 shot preciously before I did my cleanings.

I'm using Caffe Vita's Caffe Del Sol light-medium roast

Any tips are appreciated!

Use a scale for output, with this fresh roast / lots of crema, volume is not repeatable

Can you share a pic of the coffee after grind?. I used to have one and do not recall ever needing to go that low for it to produce good 32second 18g in and 36g out. You mentioned you cleaned the grinder I wonder if the design changed from what I remember.

Post WDT and post tamp. Note that my tamp makes the circles

Also is your water pressure ok and screen in good condition?

I'll have to mess with the pressure a bit. That's absolutely not a factor I considered. Thank you!

I havent experimented with filters. imo i worked as a barista and we never used filters and got amazing shots. that said, do they help with these "weaker"/non-industrial machines?

I think a bottom paper filter on your puck will even the pressure a bit, maybe I am wrong but there is a video on that on youtube. Worth a try, you can just make one easy with any paper filter you have around like a chemex type cut the circle. Maybe it does nothing to it on your setup. Hard to say until you try. This is what it claimes to do:
Higher clarity out of your espresso shots
Reduces "spray" from bottomless portafilters. Less mess!
liberates all of the filter’s pores for coffee to flow through more evenly.
