All the good coffee places are off the strip! PublicUs and Mothership are within walking distance of each other in the Arts district. PublicUs has great food and I recommend it for breakfast and/or lunch as well.
There is also a Blue Bottle that just opened up in the Southwest Area. I find Blue Bottle is polarizing since they set pretty high standards in Japan, but the US locations sometimes feel commercialized. https://maps.app.goo.gl/L6bceGJ5xmmb3LcRA?g_st=ic
The good thing is that it’s walking distance to one of my favorite sandwich shops in Vegas.
