The machine just came and the power button keeps on switching back to off. i know some power buttons flips back but keeps power on on this one it doesnt (so i just held it the whole time)
but the weird part is that no water seems to be coming out of the group head. The steam wand doesnt look horrible but only like 5 seconds of steam is coming out.
tldr water not coming out of gaggia help pls
If anyone could help, it Would be greatly appreciated

update: ive tried very minor things to try and get it to work (wihtout messing with the inside machine) and it seems like the steam wand works fine if not perfectly fine. its just the water isnt coming out man.
(I even pulled a shot of nespresso and made latte with milk from the classic pro)

@ruby bobcat sounds like a series of separate issues.
The steam wand could be drawing from an empty boiler
And since the on switch is not actually working… the boiler may not be able to refill
I’m guessing this is a used machine
I would avoid using the steam wand until you can thoroughly clean and descale the insides.
The guides here are decently thorough.
At a minimum I’d recommend inspecting the boiler for scale and replacing the on switch.

A thought occurred to me. Try replacing the switch first. It’s probably the easiest thing to do and your other issues might just be symptoms of just that one problem.
