Compiled a short video from 222 all the way to 232. I see no flash boil but maybe someone more experienced can check.

Weirdly enough, after I pull a shot and the boiler temp dips. My purge flash boils...
A distinctly different sound
Reuploading my test as it was cropped weirdly
I left 2-3 mins between each test for the temp to stabilise. So I pulled some water though. The temp swung down, then over shot, then under shot and finally came to equilibrium. Thats when I did the next test
