I asked to compete as a home barista walk-in. They said it was intended for baristas representing a café, but there was an extra slot open. I beat Jake from Prospect Coffee Roasters. The second round had a wheel spin. We landed on almond milk unfortunately, and I lost to Joey (can't remember who he represented). We both poured pretty poorly. I think he won because he filled his higher in the cup and had better symmetry. It was fun to be a part of their first throwdown.
