As the title suggests, since Charges are no longer affected by CDR, the cast speed to cdr tag doesn't actually do anything (outside of its internal CD I guess, if it even still has one).
I would like to suggest either removing that tag outright or replacing it with something else. (Cast Speed to Charge Recovery is an option, but ONLY if the conversion is 25% effectiveness or lower - it'd be way too powerful otherwise IMO)

It does if you're holding onto 2 or more charges and cast them all at once, but it does feel like that doesnt come up too often given that it's preferable to alternate cast power chord for the charm explode (at which point you end up not taking advantage of the cdr on resonance)

yeah but ill keep it on because thats the standard for my skills to have that tag
