#BUG: Server restart mid-map sometimes breaks the map.

I'm not sure what exactly causes this when the server restarts, but I've encountered this three times now where when the server restarts mid map, while you're inside the map and when outside, the map resets completely, mobs spawn 3x bigger packs, and the boss room portal disappears and you don't get a boss soul stone to teleport to the boss portal. This happens on Tristram at least, official servers.

Ok so this isnt really a bug..... As with every restart the harvest and obelisk dimensions gets reset to prevent the out of bounds problem from showing up

I would suggest not being in a map when a restart is going to happen
