#Unable to select recipe book in both crafting and cooking stations, any suggestions?

You see the 4 icons near the top left of the gui?... Pick the one you want there and then give it the items needed. Once that is done click the play button near the middle

Yeah...
I was hoping I could open the recipe book though.
for instance with the cooking station, i don't know what the cooking recipes are to try and level up cooking, so opening the recipe book would allow me to know what ingredients to farm etc, or am i stupid?

Right now you will need to use the recipe mode while in your inv....
