% of resource is meant to just be energy and mana iirc
There is “regen 2% max hp per sec”
+100% increased life regen doesn’t affect it
It only affects flat regen
also doesn’t affect prayer
So % HP regen is scaled by max hp and flat regen is scaled by increased life regen. Seems reasonable.
Should rename to increased flat regen to stop confusion if this is intended.
isn't because even with a insane amount of max hp, isn't going to be even half of your hp regen if you do a little investment
I got 4k energy regen with my dex stacking build without even trying to get energy regen
if we assume that something like 5% of max energy per second exist
I would need 80k max energy to get that amount
don't matter the build, your normal regen will be like 4x or more higher than your regen max%
is a useless stat atm
Energy is fundamentaly different from hitpoints.
but the regen values that you can get with health and energy are almost the same
If you are trying to say magic shield regen vs hitpoint regen we have a conversation.
if you do str stacking, you're probably going to get 4k easily
