source: my gf worked as a grader at Card Kingdom (not grading slabs, just regular card condition.) They stopped selling slabbed cards entirely because it wasn't worth it financially, they made more profit long term taking the cards out and selling them playable lol

So she got to de slab dozens of not hundreds of cards and found that the numeric grade was wildly inconsistent. AND she found a couple counterfeit cards that passed PSA
