having a hard time getting the logs..
Hi @silver nexus, don't worry. I see you are using the cloud version so direct access to server logs is not available. Instead, could you please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Appsmith and navigate to the point just before the issue occurs.
- Open Chrome Developer Tools (right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect, or press Ctrl+Shift+I or Cmd+Option+I on Mac), then go to the Network tab.
- Ensure the "Preserve log" option at the top is checked.
- Reproduce the issue.
- Once the issue occurs, click the Download icon at the top of the Network tab to download the HAR file.
- Next, switch to the Console tab.
- Right-click anywhere in the console, select "Save as?", and save the console log file.
- Please send us both files (HAR and console log) so we can continue debugging.
Thanks for your cooperation.
Thank yo. - I will get this to you As soon as possible.
Here is the file
Can you please share this app with us to debug this scenario? Add [email protected] as a Developer and send us the link to it.
Is there another way to handle this?
Was there any update lately that might have affected how things work
Hey team
This issue is keeping the team from being able to assist clients.
To give you dev access I have to ask the company manager and it's taking time for him to respond.
@gilded vigil you were added as Dev on the app. Please let me know what's next.

@silver nexus,
Can you elaborate further on your exact issue? I see an error related to your use of getApplicationData when loading the app. What do you mean when you say JS Objects aren't working?
It was an assumption. - Many of the tools aren't working.
The data we need aren't showing
So to be specific when we are using the {} JS in table. It is failing.
Hi @silver nexus we weren't able to reproduce the issue on our end - the data is displaying correctly on our side.
Please try clearing your browser cache and doing a hard refresh:
- Windows/Linux (Chrome): Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac (Chrome): Cmd + Shift + R
- Or clear cache via browser settings.
Let us know if the issue persists after that.
Thank you for your ongoing support and patience. We aim to provide you with helpful assistance and hope we have addressed your question adequately.
Please take a moment to provide feedback on our service.

I will have them try this and get back to you if the problem persists.
