I get this error message when accessing the appsmith

Git command execution error: Exception caught during execution of reset command. Cannot lock /appsmith-stacks/git-storage/66863846272f452b69a666c3/66876f1c2c7ef43f2c319204/sos-admin-toolbox/.git/index. Ensure that no other process has an open file handle on the lock file /appsmith-stacks/git-storage/66863846272f452b69a666c3/66876f1c2c7ef43f2c319204/sos-admin-toolbox/.git/index.lock, then you may delete the lock file and retry.

can you guys help me to delete the lock file manually, because we are using appsmith cloud

Hello Amelia, we are experiencing the same Error. Can you delete the index.lock aswell for us?
