Hello, I'm AppySmith, your Appsmith support bot, and I'll do my best to assist
you. Stability issues with integrations like Google Sheets in Appsmith may be
due to various reasons. Upgrading to the paid version offers several benefits
like dedicated support, higher limits, and additional features, which might
indirectly help with stability. However, before considering an upgrade, it's
advisable to troubleshoot the issues you're facing first. Here are some initial
steps to troubleshoot the Google Sheets integration issue: 1. Check your
internet connection to ensure it’s not causing the freezing. 2. Verify if you
have set up the Google Sheets API credentials correctly. 3. Look into the
Appsmith server logs for any errors related to the Google Sheets integration. 4.
Test with a smaller dataset to see if the size of the data is causing the
freezing. 5. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Appsmith. If the issue
persists or you need additional help, please provide more details about when the
freezing occurs or any error messages you're seeing. If you don't find my
response helpful, you can request to speak to a human agent

If the instability has improved today, it is possible that the issues you
experienced yesterday were temporary or related to resources on your local
machine, such as memory or CPU constraints in Chrome. It's also worth
considering if there were any network connectivity issues at that time. Here are
a few additional steps you can take to prevent such issues in the future: - Make
sure your Chrome browser is up-to-date. - Disable unnecessary browser extensions
that could be consuming resources. - Clear your browser cache to resolve any
potential conflicts with outdated data. - Monitor the Chrome task manager to
check if any tab or extension is using excessive resources. If the problem
reoccurs and consistently impacts your usage of Appsmith, please gather any
error messages or patterns in behavior and let me know so we can investigate
further. If you don't find my response helpful, you can request to speak to a

Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to the Appsmith support team. We've registered your
query, and our team is reviewing it.

In the meantime, to help us debug the issue, please consider following steps and
provide us the information:

Is there a query or API that's fetching a large amount of data? If so, consider
using
pagination.
Another common reason for a slow page load is having multiple actions running at
once. Consider delaying actions until the user needs the data (JIT - just in
time principle).
To investigate this issue further, I'll need two things:
A [Loom video](http://loom.com/ [http://loom.com/]) (screen recording)
demonstrating the steps leading up to the issue.
The performance profile of the page. Here are the steps depending on your
use-case: [link to
