Workspace Launch is not working

I have launched both my backend and frontend in ubuntu shell in windows used some templates in one application but when I try to launch that it is showing "This page seems to be blank
Please add widgets to this page in the Appsmith Editor"
How to resolve this issue?

You are getting this issue because you did not deploy the application. Once you
did some changes in the edit mode, to make them reflect in the deployed/launched
mode, you need to click the Deploy button in the upper-right corner. For more
