Hello!

Is you workspace on our cloud platform? If not, they will need to sign up for a
new account on your instance. Once they create their account, they should be
able to see what you've allowed them to. Can you try this and let us know if it
works?

They tried loging into Appsmith but they don't see the shared worskpace on their end

Just to clarify here: Are you self-hosting Appsmith or are you on the cloud
version?

They will need to sign up with the very same email that you invited them as.

Are there any apps in the shared workspace? If not, try creating a dummy app and
see if that allows them to see the workspace.
