  1. Which Operating System are you deploying Appsmith on?
  2. Which Cloud Provider & machine are you deploying Appsmith on?
  3. The link to the deployment guide that you followed
  4. Is your deployment air-gapped? Have you whitelisted http://cs.appsmith.com/
    and http://api64.ipify.org/ [http://api64.ipify.org/] Appsmith needs access
    to these URLs to fetch release notes.
  5. Are you using a reverse proxy, firewall, or load balancer?
  6. Are you using an external Mongo/Redis setup?
  7. To further debug the issue, please share the server logs (guide
    [https://docs.appsmith.com/learning-and-resources/how-to-guides/how-to-get-container-logs]).
