Hello! Please send us the server logs to help us investigate the issue. You can
grab the logs by running docker logs -f appsmith.
Or you could follow the steps from this guide on how to get the
logs for a
deployment based on Docker Compose (most common) to get the logs.

No we can update to latest release as we have done some customization to 1.7.11 and we are not planning to upgrade any time soon.
Do we know what is the issue for 502 bad gateway and provide the solution as we are stuck on the same
