Ok so, my brother installed files on the laptop without my permission, normally I wouldn't mind but he also somehow nuked the file explorer and I can't open any folder from my desktop nor can I open the control pannel, and the file explorer app had the same luck, I'm not knowleadgable on computer stuff so I'm almost on pitch dark on this topic, I've been trying to find solutions online for months but I never find anything that helps my case outside of a straight up factory reset, I'm losing it, if anyone knows a solution please tell me
