I expected to be able to select multiple contagious files by selecting the first file, then holding SHIFT and selecting the last file, this does not appear to work

The problem occurs in all Layouts, except the Column Layout which DOES WORK AS EXPECTED

Can you try uninstalling & reinstalling Files?

I actually installed the preview which has never been installed before and the issue occurs on the preview also

I am licensed for Files 3.4 from the MS Store, what is the best way to uninstall/reinstall and still maintain the license?
