I was screen recording with iTop Screen Recorder and when the process was finished, I clicked the icon that says Open File location. It works with File Explorer but it won't load Files.
This other issue is not related, but it bothers me: when pressing Windows Key + E it creates a new tab, but the Files app is not in focus, won't restore /show the app window...

Some apps hardcode the path to File Explorer so there isn't much we can do about it. You can share this feedback with the screen recorder dev as it should be a simple change for them.
