#"Move To" and "Copy To" in Context Menu

Does anyone know how to add these commands to the dropdown context menu? I was able to find a registry change to do this in the traditional version of explorer and was hoping there was something similar that I could do for "Files"

There the cut/copy buttons in the toolbar of both files view and context menu
