#New to files, how do I move files by dragging and dropping?

Apologies if this is explained elsewhere - I have searched and couldn't find an answer.

If I want to move a file using Windows explorer I right click and drag and drop which gives a context menu offering me the option to copy or move.

That doesn't happen in Files, right click dragging and dropping does nothing and left click drag and drop always copies.

Is there a simple way to drag and drop move rather than c+p files?

Hi to move you need to drag while holding Ctrl key (or maybe Shift)
