I know that a similar question has already been opened, but there is no answer to it. The wrong time is shown in Data-studio, it differs from mine by -3 hours, roughly speaking, UTC is set. I'm not using Docker at the moment, just npx directus start. Where do I set this up?

The strange thing is that before update 10, the time in the application was indicated correctly.. Now the newly installed version is being used cleanly. The time in the system is correct, the database is in the same system and configured correctly.
