#How to filter by value in field?

I have one Questions_pool collection and one Level collection.
There are many-to-many relationship field and languages(dropdown) field in the Level collection.
I want to filter from Question_pool by language field in Level collection.
Example: If the languages ​​field in the level collection is En, I want question_pool to display questions with En language in Many-to-Many field.
