Is it possible to provision a staging environment for Directus cloud, then migrate schema changes to a production environment via CLI? Based on the documentation it looks like this may only be possible with self-hosted instances. What is the recommended workflow for making schema changes once an app is deployed to production?

I read in the latest newsletter that the devs have been wrapping up ways to transfer schemas via API, which I guess might make it possible on Cloud when it's released. Not sure how it will work yet though so maybe someone can expand on it
