I have a question around the options for self-hosting.
Can we deploy a dockerized Directus project onto serverless container service like Azure Container Instance?
Do you see any potential downsides to this approach?

The Directus docker image can basically be used in all services that support docker images.
Make sure to checkout the official docs under https://docs.directus.io/self-hosted/docker-guide.html as well as the Directus Cloud services under https://directus.io/cloud/.
